Eric Hernandez

Eric graduated from Strayer University with a B.S., in Business Administration and a focus on Finance. He spent several years in the finance industry helping small and high-risk businesses obtain funding. During that time, he became interested in real estate investment. After purchasing his first investment, Eric decided to get his real estate license. He began practicing real estate as a full-time career in 2004.

He is currently licensed in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. With Eric’s extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and contract laws, he is committed to providing all of his clients with stress-free real estate transactions.
