We first worked with Greg when he represented a relocating couple interested in renting our house. After about six months, the couple was ready to find a home of their own to purchase and he was able to find not only a great house for our renters but also a buyer for our house. What drew us to Greg initially was the fact that he wasn't pushy or trying to sell us on anything. He took the time to get to know us, understand our vision, and gave us time to think, learn the market, analyze our options, etc. He always made himself available and worked around our demanding schedule when making appointments to see homes.

I bought my first home recently. As everyone knows, going from "I know absolutely nothing about buying a house" to "holy crap I just bought a house" is a process that involves, let's say, a moderate amount of effort, and no small amount of trust in your agent. I didn't know this at first (I knew absolutely nothing about buying a house). Chris was recommended by people I trust, and I called him. From the very beginning, it was evident that Chris knows his stuff. Couple this masterful level of expertise with the fact that he's a great guy, and you've got an agent that you'll be really glad to know. Respectful, immediate and impressive are all words I wouldn't hesitate to use to describe him and his approach to his work. Exceptional. Incomparable. Invaluable. Professional. Friend. These are all applicable modifiers where Chris is concerned. Intrepid is another word that sounds right, but I'm not sure what that one means. Do yourself a favor, take this as a recommendation and let Chris help you buy a house!

We are from FL and needed a broker to commit to us for an entire day to tour properties we had seen online. It was a leap of faith for both of us but Eric came thru ! He was very knowledgeable of the areas we viewed and helped with public transportation and logistic inquiries in ways that helped with our final decision. When we wanted to revisit a couple of the properties on the following day, Eric didn't rush us. When the process took more time than he actually had available, (our desire to be more methodical), Eric quietly arranged to have his colleague Mitch, join us at the next property (which we ended up buying) to continue our second look. We had to return to FL in the meantime, and their office staff was on top of everything! I highly recommend that you utilize the skill of Eric in your real estate ventures.

Eric was extremely helpful in our home-buying experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in Northern Virginia and DC, he was willing to show us any homes we wanted to see, yet also helped us narrow our focus based on our 'likes' and 'dislikes' with the homes we saw. He is trustworthy, funny, easy to talk to, and a very nice guy to spend time with while looking at homes. (and that last one was important to us because we spent a lot of time looking!) he was also great at communication and contacting us anytime something came up or returning our calls quickly. We highly recommend him, and have already done so to our friends!

Chris and his team were great in assisting in the sale of my condo. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave excellent advice. His team was super helpful during the sale and closing making the paperwork a breeze. I would definitely use Chris and his team again and would highly recommend him. Update: May 2020 We used Chris and his team again when I moved back to the DMV area. I was still in California and due to the COVID-19 Pandemic had to do everything remotely. Chris was still very responsive and we found a great house at a great price and Chris made the whole process a breeze despite it being done long distance, Still highly recommend.
